I mean not to try to restore the encrypted file. Instead trying to scan the hard disc for some old unencrypted dataparts that are just removed by the ramsonware.
Use a tool like: http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/lucid/man1/photorec.1.html

Or is ransomware generally programmed to use a “secure remove” for the old unencrypted version of already encrypted file? (Overwriting the memeroy adress with random 1111 and 0000 and 1111 and 0000 …(repeating…))

If they do, wouldn’t it make the hole encrypting process by ransomware need of longer time to complete?
And so what about encrypted files on the SD-Chips. There are generally a lot of backup of each file and the data are disturbed constantly over the hole memory.
And so it would take ransomware a really really long time to do a secure remove of the old unencrypted version and backups of each file.
